Jedox offers different types of license packages and bundles:
- Named-User licenses including Base packages, e.g. Jedox Suite Full User professional package
- Connectors, e.g. third-party connector licenses such as SAP
- Models and AIssisted™ Planning, e.g. for the Jedox Financial Consolidation model
Jedox Named-User Licenses
Jedox provides various named-user licenses that define user capabilities and allow simultaneous access to Jedox on multiple devices.
Jedox Suite Full User License
Jedox Suite comprises Jedox In-Memory DB (multidimensional In-Memory Database), Jedox Excel Add-in, Jedox Mobile, and Jedox Web (including Reports, Designer, spreadsheet, Modeler, Integrator, Scheduler, and Administration). Jedox Web also includes My Models and Marketplace. Jedox Suite Full User is a named-user license for the complete Jedox Suite.
Jedox Planner (Web + Excel) License
Jedox Planner (Web + Excel) is an additional named-user license for the Jedox Suite that grants the user read-write access to Jedox Reports (based on Excel spreadsheets or Jedox Spreadsheets) in Jedox Web, Jedox Excel Add-in, and Jedox Mobile, and as defined by the user's OLAP role.
If a user with such a license has access to the components My Models, Marketplace, or Licenses via their OLAP role, this user can additionally see / use the named components.
Jedox Web Planner License
Jedox Web Planner is an additional named-user license for the Jedox Suite that grants the user read-write access to Jedox Reports (based on Jedox Spreadsheets) in Jedox Web and Jedox Mobile, and as defined by the user's OLAP role.
If a user with such a license has access to the components My Models, Marketplace, or Licenses via their OLAP role, this user can additionally see / use the named components.
Jedox Web Viewer License
Jedox Web Viewer is an additional named-user license for the Jedox Suite that grants the user read-only access to published Jedox Reports (based on Jedox Spreadsheets) in Jedox Web and Jedox Mobile, and as defined by the user's OLAP role. Every seat has 2 concurrent access ports.
If a user with such a license has access to the components My Models, Marketplace, or Licenses via their OLAP role, this user can additionally see / use the named components.
Jedox Model Developer License
Jedox Developer is a named-user license for the complete Jedox Suite for the sole purpose of model development. Note: Jedox does not require organizations to maintain supporting application licenses.
Third-Party Connector Licenses
The following licenses enable connection to third-party databases for the purpose of data integration. Contact your Jedox Sales representative for details.
Jedox Ecosystem Connector License
This license includes the Jedox OData Hub service that allows third-party systems to integrate with Jedox.
Jedox Snowflake Connector License
Snowflake Connection enables access to data that is hosted in Snowflake Data Cloud.
Jedox Salesforce Connector License
Jedox Salesforce Connector is an optional software module enabling the client to extract data from Salesforce.
Jedox SAP Connector License
Jedox SAP Connector is an optional software module enabling the client to extract all data from SAP systems. All SAP Netweaver-based systems are supported. For SAP ERP, SAP Business Warehouse (BW) and SAP HANA, specific business content is provided within the connector.
Jedox Enterprise Connector Bundle
This bundle combines all Connectors for access to SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft, Qlik, Power BI, and Tableau. It also includes the Jedox OData Hub service.
Jedox Microsoft Connector Bundle
This bundle combines all Connectors for access to Dynamics 365, MS Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure Data Lake. It also includes the Jedox OData Hub service.
Models & AIssisted™ Planning
The following licenses enable connection to the prebuilt Models and AIssisted™ Planning Wizzards.
Jedox AIssisted™ Planning
This license provides access to all available Jedox AIssisted™ Planning functions, including Time Series Prediction and Driver-Based Prediction Wizards, as well as all native AI and ML services.
Jedox Financial Consolidation
Jedox Financial Consolidation model is a solution for statutory consolidation, management consolidation, and group controlling.
Jedox Best Practice Accelerator Bundle
The Best Practice Accelerator is a solution, based on best practices, that reduces redundant work and saves time. It contains the Best Practice Accelerators: Integrated Financial Planning, Sales, Human Resources, and ESG.
