How to Use the Jedox Knowledge Base

The Knowledge Base is designed with responsive layouts, automatically adjusting for different screen sizes. You will see the screen below when you open the Knowledge Base on a computer or laptop.

When you open the Knowledge Base on a mobile screen, you see a hamburger menu on the top-right side of the screen. Clicking on the menu opens the Navigation Pane.

Search bar

The search bar can help you quickly find the content you are looking for. You can use the search filter to limit your search results to Jedox Platform or Models content.

Jedox Knowledge Base is constantly being updated to cover the latest feature updates in the Jedox Software. The Knowledge Base Change Log article lists the latest and most important changes in the Jedox Knowledge Base.

Major Jedox Cloud environments releases take place quarterly, but we are constantly updating Jedox software or fixing issues. The Known Issues pages inform you about the latest fixes or open issues.

You can sort the tables in the Known Issues page numerically or alphabetically by clicking on the header's ID, Component, or Description sections.

In the Deprecations and Breaking Changes article, you can find information about features that have been or will be removed. Furthermore, this article provides information about recent changes that may impact your Jedox environment.

The Release Notes give an overview of the new features, enhancements, and fixes in Jedox and Jedox applications.

As Jedox Knowledge Base is constantly updated, you can only find the latest information in the Knowledge Base. If you need information about the older versions of Jedox, please contact Jedox Support.

Jedox on-premises Knowledge Base

The last supported Jedox on-premises version is 2022.2. There is a separate Knowledge base for that version.
