The parameters to compute non-wage labor costs are stored in the Personnel Cost Parameters cube, which consists of the following dimensions:

• Version: see article Version Dimension
• Month: see article Month Dimension
• Region: see article Region Dimension
• Employee Category: see article Employee Category Dimension
• Personnel Cost Parameters_measure: see article Personnel Cost Parameters_measure

Unlike the costs and driver in the Personnel Costs cube, this cube does not have the Legal Entity or the Employee dimensions. Instead, it has the Employee Category and the Region dimensions, because parameters in this cube are defined by local regulations and contract types rather than individual employees or legal entities. All parameters are transferred to the Personnel Costs cube and mapped to employees using the Employee Category and Region attributes.
