Return to Human Resources Overview
The Personnel Cost Parameters_measure dimension is a flat list of parameters stored in the Personnel Cost Parameters cube. The elements in this list must be identical with the children of Parameters in the Personnel Costs_measure dimension.
The number and names of parameters are arbitrary, but they must not interfere with other measures in the Personnel Costs_measure dimension.
Non-wage labor costs can be calculated in either a linear fashion or a more sophisticated way with exemption and ceiling. In the latter case, three parameter values are combined to support one calculation: in addition to the rate being stored in the parameter having …%, the exemption and ceiling are stored in parameters having the suffix …_LowerLimit and …_UpperLimit.
Example:
| Element | Definition |
| Health Insurance% | Health insurance rate in |
| Health Insurance_LowerLimit | Exemption of |
| Health Insurance_UpperLimit | Ceiling of |
The parameters can be configured through their attributes:
| Attribute | Definition |
| Name | Readable name of the parameter. Localized translations can be provided. This attribute is visible in the report. There is no hard-coded behavior implemented on this name. (string) |
| Description | Long text for the parameter. This attribute can contain a definition of the parameter and how it influences calculations or instructions for the planners. Localized translations can be provided. (string) |
| Type | Reserved for future extensions |
| Format | Number format for this account to be driven by the database. |
| AggregationType | Semi-additive measure behavior. Valid values are:
