_WF Task Definition Cube (Financial Consolidation)

The _WF Task Definition cube and the two dimensions _WF Task and _WF Activity contain the major definitions of the workflow. The workflow implementation in the reports uses these definitions to adapt to the specific settings. This cube consists of the following dimensions:

• _WF Activity: See the article _WF Activity Dimension (Financial Consolidation).
• _WF Task Definition_measure contains the following measures:

Element	Definition
Action Type	Valid values are: notify: Currently identical to proceed. Automatic email notification planned for future implementation. proceed: Automatically proceed to the next activity as defined by the Next Activity attribute. (string)
Due Date	Latest date to complete all workflow steps of the workflow activity in the workflow task. Encoded as Excel date which is the number of days since 1st January 1900. Only positive integer values are valid and the time component (fractions of days) must not be used. This measure is only valid for activities having the Executor user. (numeric)
Assigned Reports	Reserved for future implementation. (string)
Data Validation Slice	Defines data validation slice, e.g., 'Scope of Consolidation'[] Data
Dimension	Defines data validation dimension, e.g., Scope of Conslidation_measure Data Validation
Validation Pattern	Regular expression defining data validation type (e.g., D421) and severity (warning or error), e.g. ^D421\d+(_W|_E)?$
