AI Search Help Center

The AI Search Help Center searches the Jedox Knowledge Base and delivers clear, easy-to-understand responses tailored to your needs.

Ask questions in natural language and get:

  • Step-by-step instructions
  • Helpful links to relevant resources
  • Personalized recommendations

Getting started

To access the AI Search Help Center, click on the help icon in the Jedox navigation bar

Hint: from the AI Search Help Center's start page, click on the detach icon on the top right to open the help center in a new window. This allows you to make research while navigating across Jedox.

The search bar

The AI Search Help Center works intuitively as any other search engine. Just type your request in the search bar using natural language, e.g. "how to create a dynatable", and the assistant will provide you with a step-by-step based on information from the Jedox Knowledge Base, as you can see in the example below:

In addition to these simplified instructions, the AI Search Help Center brings a "Related Resources" section, where Knowledge Base articles relevant to your inquiry are listed. Just click on each of these articles to access them and get more detailed information.

To make a new search, click on Back to Help Center at the top, and you will be redirected to the start page.

Feedback: improving the model

At the bottom of the results page, you find a feedback section for commenting on the quality and value of the information you got.

Feedback is an integral part of the model's learning and improvement process, leading ultimately to more accurate answers.

Choose between the thumbs-up and thumbs-down icons to tell if the results were helpful or not. If not, please point out whether the information was not true, not Jedox-related, or other. An open field is also available for additional and more elaborate feedback.

When done, click Submit.

Privacy

It is important to know that the AI Search Help Center uses Azure OpenAI GPT3.5 models to generate answers. Azure OpenAI guarantees that the customer data resides in the Azure cloud and not in OpenAI servers and will not be accessed for any purposes including training the models, therefore providing a more secure and better user experience.

Nonetheless, discretion and discernment when using the help center are essential. Don't share confidential information - any data submitted via the search field will be processed and collected by the chatbot. Also bear in mind that, although the search engine will improve over time, it can still generate incorrect responses and unreliable content. You can always resort to the Jedox Knowledge Base to confirm the validity of the information.
