Tableau Load

This load type writes data from Jedox into a .hyper file for use with Tableau Software, e.g. Tableau Desktop. You can also publish the .hyper file directly to Tableau Server during the load.

Jedox Integrator supports Tableau 10.5 and later. For this load type, a Tableau Connector License and a connection to Tableau HyperFile is required.

Target connection

A connection of type .hyper file.

Mode

create	Overwrites an existing .hyper file
add	Adds rows to an existing .hyper file

Publish to Tableau server

You can optionally publish the .hyper file directly to a Tableau Server. The name of the data source in Tableau will be identical to the the name of the file.

Tableau connection

A connection of type Tableau (required).

Tableau project

A project in the site of the Tableau Server. If not set, the default project will be used.
