Human Resources Model Overview

This report shows data and information that are used to calculate non-wage labor cost measures. It is possible to maintain parameters on a monthly basis, for a full year or applicable to any year. Data is stored in the Personnel Cost Parameters cube.

Report Heading

The screenshot below shows the heading area of the Human Resources Parameters report. The report heading updates dynamically as various reporting options are selected. The logo can be changed in Administration; see Configuring Design Elements for more on report design.

The heading area of the report displays the following fields:

Point of View (PoV) Options

The content of the report can be customized using the PoV options, which can be viewed by clicking the blue arrow at the top of the report.

The available options are described below:

Version (Combobox)

Select a planning version.

Version dimension, filter for Stylesheet attribute equals BU or FC

Year (Combobox)

Select a year or choose Not Applicable to edit parameter which should apply to any year.

Elements matching the pattern yyyy or FYyyyy or the ~ element of Month dimension

Region (Combobox)

Select a single or consolidated region element.

Report Columns and Rows

The columns and rows displayed in the report depend on the selections made in the PoV area. For the Personnel Costs measure, it is possible to plan a value to be used in the calculation for a selected year. It is also possible to maintain parameter values on a monthly basis by using the Human Resources Parameters (Monthly) report, which can be opened with the icon, as indicated in the screenshot below:

Elements may be displayed with a percentage sign, depending on the information that is stored in the Format attribute of the Personnel Cost Parameters_measure dimension:

Human Resources Parameters (Monthly) Report

This report shows data and information that are used to calculate non-wage labor cost measures. It is possible to plan versions (such as Budget and Forecast) for individual months, in this case a value which stored for an entire year or applicable for any year, has to be deleted. Data is stored in the Personnel Cost Parameters cube.

Settings information will be transferred by hyperlink out of the Human Resources Parameters report, depending on the elements selected in the Comboboxes.

The content of the report can be customized using the PoV options, which can be viewed by clicking the blue arrow at the top of the report.

yyyy

Displays values for a year; this value will be used for calculation for the period equally. Note if a value for the entire year is maintained, values for single months must be empty.

Element of Month dimension yyyy-~ related to settings in Month Combobox with a suffix -~

yyyy-MM

Displays values for a several months; these values will be used for calculation for single months. Note: if values for months are maintained, values for an entire years must be empty.
