|Important: Jedox Analyzer reports will be deprecated in a future version. Creation of new Analyzer reports will not be possible any more in Jedox 2020.2. Usage of Analyzer reports will not be possible anymore in version 2020.3. Instead of Jedox Analyzer reports, Jedox Views can be used with similar functionality.
You can create a new Jedox Analyzer Report by navigating to New > New Analyzer Report in Designer. Jedox Analyzer Reports are created in the same way as normal Jedox Views in Jedox Spreadsheets.
When creating a new Analyzer Report, you can immediately define the structure (header dimensions, rows, columns).
The Edit View dialog is also available when opening the Analyzer Report in module Reports.
An Analyzer Report has two main characteristics:
- Changes to the view made in Reports will be stored for each user and maintained when you open the Analyzer Report the next time.
- All cells in the analyzer views are writable by default even when you lock the cells. If you reopen the report, the cells are writable again.
Note: If you make changes to the view in the Analyzer Report, make sure that you close the report before logging out. If you don’t, the changes will no longer be available after logging back in.
