Add a value to various, noncontinuous cells |
Ctrl + Selected cells | Select one cell, then hold the Ctrl key and select additional cells. Once the cells have been selected, enter the value and press Enter . The value will then be applied to all the selected cells. You can also use input via a data validation list or the copy command. Note that it is not necessary to press Ctrl + Enter, as it is with Microsoft Excel. |

You can use shortcuts when working in the element grid in the Jedox Modeler. Most Modeler shortcuts depend on the context, i.e., the current selection in the elements grid. Note that the shortcuts below apply to the “tree” view of the elements grid. Some of the shortcuts are not applicable to the “flat” view.

Jedox Excel Add-ins Shortcuts

Rebuild Views | Ctrl + Shift + Q | This shortcut applies as of Jedox version 7.0 SR1. In previous versions, the shortcut to rebuild Views was Ctrl + Q. This change was necessary because Microsoft Excel uses Ctrl + Q to display quick analysis options for selected cells. |
