To access Jedox Mobile, you need an appropriate Jedox Server account for your company and installed Jedox Mobile App for iOS or Android. For more information, see Getting started with the Jedox Mobile App .
If you wish to test Jedox Mobile without a Jedox account, you can use the ready-to-run sample instance "Jedox Cloud Trial", included within the Mobile App.
Yes, if you are using version 2022.2 (the latest on-premises version) and the server is reachable over the network, you should be able to connect to the Mobile App.
There is no limitation. During a session, a connection is always established to a Jedox In-Memory database server. All databases and cubes available on this server can be accessed.
All data is stored in Jedox In-Memory database cubes, on the Jedox In-Memory database server, accessed by the Jedox Mobile App.

Yes, you can access Jedox Web from a mobile browser, however, only the use of the Jedox Mobile App is supported.
Accessing Jedox Web via a mobile browser is neither supported nor tested by Jedox, and thus potentially prone to bugs and / or navigation issues.
While the Mobile App allows you to scroll anywhere, including within reports, zooming is not available.
If you have forgotten your Jedox credentials, you need to contact your Jedox administrator, who can reset the password via the administration area in Jedox Web. You can also change your password at any time from the "Edit account" section of the Jedox Mobile App.
