Jedox has a named-user license model. Every named user has access to Jedox on multiple devices at the same time.
Cloud Trial
Jedox offers a 14-day Cloud trial.
Trial License
Jedox Excel Add-in and Jedox Web run on a 14-day trial license, which allows anyone to extensively test all modules of Jedox. All users who sign up for the trial will automatically be associated with that trial license.
Jedox Suite Full User License
Jedox Suite unifies planning, analytics, and reporting functionality in one software platform. Jedox Suite comprises Jedox In-Memory DB(multidimensional in-memory database), Jedox Excel Add-in, Jedox Mobile, and Jedox Web (including Reports, Designer, Spreadsheet, Modeler, Integrator, Scheduler, and Administration). Jedox Web also includes My Models and Marketplace. Jedox Suite Full User is a named-user license for the complete Jedox Suite.
In the License Manager in Jedox Web, a license of this type is listed simply as "Jedox".
Jedox Planner (Web + Excel) License
Jedox Planner (Web + Excel) is an additional named-user license for the Jedox Suite that enables the User to get read-write access to Jedox Reports (based on Excel Spreadsheets or Jedox Spreadsheets) in Jedox Web, Jedox Excel Add-in, and Jedox Mobile.
Jedox Web Planner License
Jedox Web Planner is an additional named-user license for the Jedox Suite that enables the User to get read-write access to Jedox Reports (based on Jedox Spreadsheets) in Jedox Web and Jedox Mobile.
If a user with such a license has access to the components My Models, Marketplace, or Licenses via their OLAP role, this user can additionally see / use the named components.
Jedox Web Viewer License
Jedox Web Viewer is an additional named-user license for the Jedox Suite that enables the User to get read-only access to Jedox Reports (based on Jedox Spreadsheets) in Jedox Web and Jedox Mobile. Every seat has 2 concurrent access ports.
If a user with such a license has access to the components My Models, Marketplace, or Licenses via their OLAP role, this user can additionally see / use the named components.
Jedox Salesforce Connector License
Jedox Salesforce Connector is an optional software module enabling the client to extract data from cloud-based CRM product Salesforce.com using the Salesforce Web Service. Additional info you can find in the article Salesforce Extract.
Jedox SAP Connector License
Jedox SAP Connector is an optional software module enabling the client to extract all data from all SAP modules (e.g. FI, CO, MM etc.). All SAP Netweaver-based systems are supported, for SAP ERP, SAP Business Warehouse (BW) and SAP HANA, specific business content is provided within the connector.
Jedox Model Developer License
Jedox Developer is a named-user license for the complete Jedox Suite for the sole purpose of model development.
Note: Jedox does not require organizations to maintain supporting application licenses.
