Daily maintenance
During daily maintenance, we apply new Jedox patches, perform backups and version updates, config changes, etc. You can check your daily maintenance time frame in the Cloud Console.
Monthly maintenance
During monthly maintenance we update infrastructure and apply security patches. This occurs every 2nd Saturday of each month, 10:00 to 14:00 UTC time.
