External Sites and Cookies for Marketplace

To load the Marketplace in the Jedox Platform and allow continuous improvement of the content offered in the Marketplace, Jedox integrates functionality from third-party providers. This implies that when the Marketplace is loaded within a Jedox environment, requests are sent from the browser to external websites. These are:

• The Marketplace website itself (marketplace.jedox.com), and the Jedox website (www.jedox.com)

• Google Tag Manager (googletagmanager.com) to allow loading further functionalities related to Analytics and cookie handling

• Cookiebot (*.cookiebot.com) for managing the consent for the storing of Cookies

• Hubspot Forms (js.hsforms.net, forms.hubspot.com, js.hs-scripts.com)

• Hubspot Analytics (js-na1.hs-scripts.com, js-hs-analytics.net, js.hs-banner.com, track.hubspot.com)

• Google Analytics (www.google-analytics.com)

For the minimum Marketplace functionality , i.e., to install models, it is required that the Web browser can send requests to the first four of the mentioned websites.

The Marketplace will also generate cookies. However, the user who accesses the Marketplace with their Jedox environment will first be prompted to consent to store cookies that are not essential for the Marketplace functionality. If this consent is not given, only functionally required cookies will be stored. The prompt includes information on the stored cookies and their usage.
