The Jedox Academy is the official training and education platform for Jedox customers and partners. It provides structured learning paths, professional certification, and role-based training to help organizations unlock the full value of their Jedox investment.

What is the Jedox Academy?

Jedox Academy offers a wide variety of training programs designed for different skill levels and job roles, from new users to experienced ones. The training covers everything from the basics of Jedox to advanced modeling and integration.

Courses are delivered in two formats:

  • Online: Self-paced e-learning modules and live virtual instructor-led sessions.

  • In-person: Classroom-based training at selected Jedox offices or partner locations.

This flexibility allows participants to choose the style and pace that best suits their needs.

Frequently Asked Questions

After selecting a date from the Training Calendar, send an email to academy@jedox.com. Include the offer number, training type, desired date, and the names and email addresses of the participants.

If you are a Jedox partner, please book your training sessions exclusively through the partner portal. If you have a special offer from Jedox, send an email to academy@jedox.com. Be sure to include the offer number, the training you wish to attend, the desired date, and the names and email addresses of all participants.

Some courses may be included in your Jedox subscription. Others require a separate purchase. Please check with your Jedox administrator for details.
